My wife and I only had basic ideas of what we wanted but didn't have the vision, nor the time as working parents to go through every little detail and deal with contractors and suppliers. Lynn presented us with multiple design ideas to include tiling, flooring, vanities, fixtures, storage, etc. She almost always found exactly what we were looking for but was also patient if something didn't feel right to us and would provide more options which would then be to our liking.Once the project started, she was very communicative in confirming orders that were placed, storing items, checking in on the contractors, ensuring they were following specs and assisting us with revisions when inspectors found issues with our old house that needed to be brought up to code.

We were looking to update and she responded with a comprehensive review of our needs including how we used our kitchen and the budget we had available. She did all the legwork: obtaining tile, granite samples, specs for appliances and provided a detailed plan for installation. Not only was her plan spot on, she stood by it, every step of the way. Lynn did an amazing job in designing and managing a gut renovation of home. I brought Lynn the challenge of creating something special out of the typical "vanilla box" urban condominium.
